Full Journal pdf2002-01-16 Senate Journal Page 1965 SB 166 Senator Leman moved that SENATE BILL NO. 166 "An Act relating to the time of filling by appointment a vacancy in the office of United States senator" become law notwithstanding the Governor's veto. Representative Murkowski moved and asked unanimous consent to be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Representative Murkowski was required to vote. The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 166 become law notwithstanding the Governor's veto?"
